1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Val Transfer (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website or other platforms.
1.2. By booking our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Bookings and Reservations
2.1. All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service.
2.2. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from Val Transfer.
2.3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Val Transfer will not be held liable for any issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
2.4. Val Transfer reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. The price for the service will be stated at the time of booking and will include applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.
3.2. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.
3.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards and other secure online payment platforms.
3.4. Val Transfer reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations or changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. If a cancellation is made within this period, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer are subject to a 100% charge of the total booking amount, and no refund will be issued.
4.3. In the event of any significant changes in your travel plans (such as flight delays), it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the changes, but this may be subject to availability.
5. Luggage and Personal Belongings
5.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their luggage complies with airline and local transportation safety standards. Val Transfer is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the transfer.
5.2. Our vehicles can accommodate luggage in accordance with the vehicle’s capacity. If you require extra luggage space, you must inform us at the time of booking.
5.3. Val Transfer is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal belongings during the transfer. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they take all their belongings with them upon leaving the vehicle.
6. Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1. Clients are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during the transfer. Val Transfer reserves the right to refuse service to clients displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
6.2. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their own negligence or misconduct. Repair costs resulting from such incidents will be charged to the client.
6.3. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all Val Transfer vehicles.
6.4. In cases where child seats or special seating arrangements are required, it is the client’s responsibility to inform Val Transfer in advance. We will provide appropriate seats when requested.
7. Service Limitations
7.1. Val Transfer makes every effort to provide timely and efficient service. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
7.2. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in cases of breakdowns or other unavoidable circumstances. Any substitute vehicle will be of equivalent or higher standard.
8. Liability
8.1. Val Transfer is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our services, including missed flights, lost luggage, or personal injuries.
8.2. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the booking made with Val Transfer.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
